a home for the berisha family

On 16th of April 2017 the Board has decided to support financially construction of a house for the family of Emerllah Berisha from Gurbardh village of Malisheva municipality. 

Eight years ago, due to bad weather conditions their family shelter collapsed. Unable to rebuild it (as both partners are unemployed) the family was forced to part - the woman with their three children went to live with her brothers in the village of Bardh i Madh of Fushë Kosovë while the husband went on to live with his brother. 

For eight years this family continues to live apart with the father missing his children and wife and vice versa. The brother of Emerllah has donated him a piece of land so our project is building the home only. 

The project is implemented by a local charitable association “Jetimat e Ballkanit” – a credible and experienced association in implementing similar projects.
